A good blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The TV had more than just BBC world service in English. The central location in the pedestrianized old town was quiet and convenient. The breakfast service was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, close to all the important attractions. The room was decorated in a charming Swiss style, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfasts were delicious and served in the hotel's lovely restaurant. The hotel also offers free computer and internet usage, as well as complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby.

The parking situation could be inconvenient, especially if you have a car.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions and restaurants. The room was small but beautifully decorated and had air conditioning, a wonderful bonus. The breakfast served in the elegant restaurant was of high quality and delicious.

some rooms could use a refurbishment as they appeared a bit outdated and not as stylish as shown in the pictures on the website. It would have been nice to have a sitting area or a bar within the hotel to relax outside of their rooms.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and very close to the main shopping area. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and at home. Cleanliness was great, with spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms. this hotel provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.
